We workshop investment thesis, return objectives, liquidity needs and exposure limits directly with the principal.

We filter live, off-market opportunities through our network and present only mandate-fit deals — never a placement agent's book.

Independent commercial, financial and legal review, with reference calls and modelling benchmarked against the market.

Execution

Term negotiation, closing oversight and reporting. Typical liquid mandate-to-close: six to ten weeks.

Paid on close

A single success fee on closed and funded deals — typically 1.5% to 5.0%, tiered downward with size.
